Udumakahle - Ngiyanibonga

South African Maskandi artist Udumakahle brings the first disc of his latest project to a close with “Ngiyanibonga,” the 13th and final track on Isithunzi Sakho. The song runs for 4 minutes and 14 seconds, completing the opening 13-song chapter of the album, which arrived on September 25, 2026.

“Ngiyanibonga” arrives after “Bhekumuzi Luthuli Tribute,” giving the project a reflective ending following a collection that explores different stories and themes. The first disc of Isithunzi Sakho blends traditional Maskandi rhythms, Zulu vocal elements and storytelling, with most of the songs performed solely by Udumakahle.

With “Ngiyanibonga” serving as the closing song, Udumakahle rounds off the first portion of Isithunzi Sakho on a measured note. The project is planned as a double-disc release, with the second disc scheduled to follow in October, expanding the album beyond its initial 13 tracks.
