South African Maskandi artist Udumakahle opens his latest album ISITHUNZI SAKHO with “Ukhona uShembe,” a 3-minute-and-4-second track that introduces listeners to the 13-song project. Released on September 25, 2026, the song takes the first position on the album’s official tracklist.

As the opening selection, “Ukhona uShembe” leads into a project that moves through a mixture of solo recordings and collaborations. The second track, “Imbali,” features Shwi noMtekhala, while later entries include “Ama flashlight,” “Icar Accident,” “Sihlukana Sibuyelana,” and “Bayayiloya Imali.”
